How it works
Powerful & efficient blending
Easily blend two materials at a high volume with the Maverick MV224. Features a continuous weighing system which mixes with precision. Variable speed mixing shaft and conveyors, allowing for configuration for a range of applications. Innovative controls enabling users to produce accurately weighed blends. Batch function accurately weighs out a predetermined amount of material.
How it works
Accuracy meets performance
The travelling mixing shaft can be positioned out of the flow of material when mixing larger particles. Level sensors detect how much material is in the hoppers, which is signalled to the operator through a traffic light system. The automated control system halts blending when the hoppers run empty and restarts automatically when material is refilled. These automated features enable the plant to be operated by a single operator or shovel, without leaving the cab.


How it works
Safe & efficient mixing
Heavy duty product conveyor with double drive with a high discharge height, making it easy to configure with other equipment and to maximise stockpile capacity. This reduces vehicle movements for lower operational costs and enhances site health and safety while lowering carbon emissions.
