Steve Peterson
Managing Director
Steve began his career with a mechanical engineering apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce. Passionate about machinery, Steve now leads AGGPRO’s continued growth. Outside work, he enjoys machinery shows, tractor pulling, and vintage equipment.

Phil Swinnerton
Operations Manager
Phil grew up on his family’s farm, developing a strong work ethic and a passion for machinery. At AGGPRO, Phil has progressed from Service Manager to Aftersales Manager and now leads operations with a focus on customer service.

Lisa Vernon
Finance Director
Lisa joined AGGPRO in 2017 and was appointed Finance Director in 2019. She enjoys the variety of her role and collaborating across all departments. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys action films, travelling, and exploring historic sites.

Tony Gadsby
Service Manager
Tony grew up in Derby and studied engineering before building a career in heavy machinery maintenance. Now Service Manager at AGGPRO, he is valued for his expertise, customer focus and dedication. A father of four, he enjoys gaming, UFC, Yellowstone.

Billy Kelly
Service Co-Ordinator
Billy is AGGPRO’s trusted Service Controller, supporting the management of engineers across the UK. With over seven years’ experience in service and maintenance, he has worked with fleets for the Met Police and BT Openreach. Billy is a Villa supporter and loves family life with his daughter Emilia, dog Winnie and gecko Lenny.

Chantelle Senekal
Aftersales Administrator
Chantelle joined AGGPRO in 2024 as Aftersales Administrator after moving from Johannesburg. With 18 years’ experience in plant hire, she supports both service and parts teams with varied responsibilities. Living in the Midlands with her husband, two sons and dogs, she enjoys family life, sports, exploring locally and a good BBQ.

Melvyn Farnsworth
Spare Parts Manager
Melvyn has been with AGGPRO since 2009 and is now Spare Parts Manager, overseeing more than 8000 parts in stock. Known for his dedication and humour, he enjoys supporting customers and growing the department. As well as being a Spurs supporter, he also runs a food van, enjoys live music and the Mission Impossible films.

Gavin Dunkley
Spare Parts Customer Advisor
Gavin joined AGGPRO’s parts department in 2023, bringing many years of experience across motor, agricultural and construction dealerships. Passionate about customer service, he sets high standards and enjoys supporting clients. Gavin is also a family man with twin boys, loves gaming, Star Wars, and follows Arsenal with pride.

Ed Pittaway
Spare Parts Customer Advisor
Ed is AGGPRO’s newest Spare Parts Advisor, enjoying supporting customers and being part of the growing team. Outside work he plays competitive snooker and pool in Tamworth and is passionate about music from the fifties to the nineties.

Kirsty Bright
Sales Support Administrator
Kirsty joined in 2022 as a Sales Administrator. She enjoys the variety of her role and takes pride in supporting her team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs. A regular visitor to Norfolk, she enjoys beach walks, rock pooling, and crabbing with her family.
